Career in Education
I just retired from 33 years in education. I have been a teacher, administrator, librarian, instructional coach, and technology specialist. I started a hobby creating some books for Amazon KDP with napkin notes my husband tucked in my lunch. The hobby grew into a side hustle and now is my retirement job.

Crochet Planners
12 years worth of napkin notes from Ben went into P & J's lunch boxes.
Ben started writing napkin notes for our lunch boxes when J was in Kindergarten. It started as a way to jump-start his mind in the mornings. What started out as a way to wake up his brain at 6 a.m. became a creative outlet.
His napkin Lunch notes are not the typical ones that can be shared at graduations full of life advice. Ben's notes are sometimes funny, sometimes insightful, sometimes irreverent, and often contain salty language. Ben's notes are not for typical children's lunchboxes.
Ben's therapist encouraged him to find a way to channel his creativity since he can't always find a local band that will let him play his bass guitar enough to keep his brain occupied. Sharing his skewed sense of humor seemed like a good place to start.
